We utilize QuickBooks Online to provide you the best bookkeeping services possible. If you use a different software, we'll help you transfer to QuickBooks. If you've never used an accounting software before, we'll help you get set up and train you how to use it. 

No matter how disorganized you are, we'll help you get organized. Upload your receipts directly to QuickBooks using your email, phone app, or web browser! We'll organize them and match them up in QuickBooks for you. If you don't have time for that, just drop off your receipts every month to our office, and we'll worry about the scanning and organizing instead! We'll also store any physical receipts for you for up to 3 years!

To keep things as hands off as possible for you, we'll ask that you add us as a user to your online banking. Don't worry, we don't need full access! We just need to be able to download bank statements to reconcile for you, view check copies to accurately record transactions, and view deposit details so all customer payments are accounted for. We don't need the ability to make changes or transfers to your account; we just need view only permissions!

When it comes to recording transactions, we've seen just about everything. Occasionally we'll come across items we haven't seen before, and we'll need your help deciphering them! At the end of every month, we'll send you a report of items we have questions on. After you clarify each transaction, we'll update the books and notate each transaction for the future!

After we've verified all transactions, reconciled all your accounts, and posted closing entries, it's time to send reports! We'll automatically send you a Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet Report at the end of every month so you can stay on top of your business. If there's any other reports you want to see, or any details you want to be aware of, let us know! We'll add it to your monthly schedule.
