changes we've made in light of the Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic
The safety and health of our customers is our top priority. In an effort to slow transmission of the virus and assure your protection, we've made several changes to our appointment policies, including any other in-office visits. Please review these changes carefully, as they are in affect indefinitely.
While inside the office, please wear a face mask that covers your mouth and your nose at all times.
If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks, or you've been experiencing flu-like symptoms, please do not come to our location.
For in-person appointments, we've limited the length of time to 30 minutes. This allows for us to sanitize between appointments and reduce contact.
To account for the limited appointment times, we ask that you deliver your documents to us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can drop off your documents, you can send them electronically, either through our Client Portal or Encrypted documents via email, or you can fax them to our secure line.
